There are many forms that coaching can take. Much depends on what assistance you would like to have. There is long term personal planning, effectivizing work, obtaining control of your weight, improving your physical condition, reducing a phobia, stopping smoking, etc.Of course, there are many programs for getting rid of phobias, quitiing smoking and going down in weight. And many of these can be effective. Personally I am more interesdted in long range effects, preferably life-long improvements.
 
 
1) My prime recommendation is a commitment av $500 for a 2 hour kick-off, and 5 follow-up developmental coaching sessions of 40-50 minutes each. Payment is made in $100 installments between each of the sessions. You can cancel the arrangement immediately after any payment if you so wish. The sessions can be at 1 week or monthly intervals, or whatever we agree upon. I do prefer the first session to be face-to-face, but this is not absolutely neccessary.
 
 
2) If a company wishes to use my services for one or more of their executives, one of their executives can contact me for a proposal.
 
 
3) A sports club or individual athlete can also contact me for assistance. Because of my personal interest in sports, I may give a substantial discount if I am interested in the project.
 
 
4) I do take some "acute" coaching which involves 1 basic problem such as a phobia. This begins with a 1-hour session (payment $100 in advance.) After this session we agree on whether or not you wish to have further sessions.
